Clear Roof Shingle Coating
📏 How Much Coating Do I Need?
Choose the right amount of Rexoseal Clear Roof Shingle Coating based on your roof's total surface area.
| Size | Coverage per Coat (sq. ft.) |
|---|---|
| 1 Gallon (3.78 L) | Up to 150 |
| 5 Gallons (18.9 L) | Up to 750 |
Listed coverage is based on one coat. If additional coats are applied, the total roof area covered decreases proportionally. Actual coverage may vary depending on surface condition and application thickness.
- Apply the coating evenly using a brush, roller, or airless sprayer.
- One coat is generally sufficient. More porous surfaces may require a second coat.
- Applying multiple coats may slightly change the appearance or color of the shingles.
Coverage estimates may vary depending on shingle porosity, age, surface condition, and application thickness. Older or porous surfaces may require additional coating.

Application was really easy and you have a nice clear coating when you finish.
Coating my shingle roof has been quite the adventure! I encountered a few problems at first but after discussing it with Anthony we were able to work out a great solution that worked out beautifully!
The big take away that I learned is to rent an airless sprayer which makes the application a breeze! The product dries quickly and leaves an amazing finish.
I would highly recommend this product to any one wanting to preserve and extend the life of their shingle roof!
Produit facile à manipuler, fait une belle finition et ravive la couleur de la toiture.
Seems to be the product I was looking for. Good service and delivery was fast. Time will be the ultimate judge.
Service is outstanding as is the product.
The product went on smoothly and dried crystal clear. It did not alter the shingle colour. It was less viscous than I expected, but that was my false assumption. You should recommend that a 15mm or thicker pile roller be used to apply to shingles. Cleanup was a breeze. We wait now for rain to see how well it seals.
Hi product arrived as per shipping, ow waiting for proper weather to spray
Bonjour, je donne un quatre car la coucheest mince mais me semble suffisamment bonne . Je vais probablement en commander d’autres…
Still have not recieved my purchase
Hi sorry for the delay Holly, we just checked the tracking and there are uncontrollable events with UPS that have delayed your package, you should receive it today. Thank you
I searched all over the internet and through Local Roofing "Experts" to find a solution to my "Leaking Torch Down, Flat Roof" which was covered by a chip rubber (Playground) surface. I wanted a low viscosity, pourable solution that would flow to the pin hole and seal it. NO-ONE had a solution!! Most suggested that we would have to pull up the playground surface, find the leak, fix it and try to match the playground surface. FINALLY I found Rexoseal and spoke to Anthony. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my problem was an suggested their Resoseal Clear. It arrived next day and, exactly as described, it poured and flowed through the chip rubber surface to the torch down substrate.
Awesome product and superb customer service.
Very fast service.
Have used products similar to this one and so far pleased with the application. It will take a few years to assess its effectiveness
Rexoseal is fine, but Fedex, your shipper, was terrible. With modern technology, there is no reason or excuse to keep the customer completely in the dark AS TO THE PACKAGE LOCATION for a full week.
Service was great... just applied a small area today. Easy to apply... will wait for results before commenting further.
Great business to deal with. Fast on shipping your order. Mine was shipped same day.
