Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Free Shipping on orders over $100. Flat Shipping Rates of $19.97 on orders under $100. Delivery times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the Continental United States, excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If you live outside the Continental United States please contact us for a shipping quote.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Rexoseal is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
