Up front I am a very picky customer. This was my second product I have put on my "vintage" RV. The first one was a complete failure after 3 years. This product went on without any problems. I was extremely impressed. Communication with Rexoseal was as good as it could be. The president even returned emails on the weekend. My roof looks better than it ever has. Last test will be adhesion over a period of time. I washed it with a cleaner first, sanded it, scrubbed it on my hands and knees with a scotch brite pads and washed it with soap and water. I wanted to give it the best possible chance. At this point I recommend this product as the best one that is on the market and I researched for months.
Application was easy. Preparing the surface was the most time consuming part of the process.

Easy to apply and looks great. Bought to add a fresh coat on top of what was done with a restoration kit last year and was completed in less than stellar conditions (applied at coldest recommended temperatures). Roof was leaking badly before and has been great since. Hopefully touch-ups keep it that way.
Excellent. It’s a bit pricey but like always you get what you pay for. Rubber content in rexoseal is far superior from the competition. Will definitely use again

I applied three coat and waited 3+ hour between first and second coat and over night for the third and I found the surface to be tacky.
