  • 1 Remove all of the shingles.
  • 2 Clean roof with a broom or gas blower.
  • 3 Embed 5" membrane on all joints with Rexoseal 1000.
  • 4 Embed 40" wide membrane on entire roof with Rexoseal 1000.
  • 5 Overlap membrane by 3".
  • 6 Seal all flashings, vents and drains with 5" membrane.
  • 7 Allow to dry for 24 hours and apply 1st coat of Rexoseal 2000.
  • 8 Apply 2 more coats of Rexoseal 2000.
  • 9 Allow to dry for 2 to 3 hours between coats or when dry to the touch.
  • 10 Enjoy your brand new waterproofed home roof!
